Winnipeg media outlets are reporting that a teenage girl is dead after a two vehicle crash this past weekend.

On Sunday at approximately 2:30 pm, RCMP from Morris and Emerson were notified of a two veichle crash involving a car and a semi truck near Provincial Road 336 at Highway 23.

While arriving on scene, police found a 14-year-old girl and 48-year-old woman, both from Morris inside the car.

The girl was pronounced dead on scene, and the 48-year-old woman was transportted to hospital in critical condition.

RCMP say the driver of the semi truck suffered minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation and police believe alcohol was not a factor.

Tensions Rise At The Second US Presidential Debate

The second of three U-S presidential debates was a bitter one, filled with tension and insults.

In St. Louis last night, Republican nominee Donald Trump repeatedly called Democratic rival Hillary Clinton a "liar," labelled her the "devil'' -- and promised she would be in jail over her email scandal if he were president.

Clinton said Trump's vulgar comments about women reveal "exactly who he is,'' and added Trump has also disparaged immigrants, blacks, Latinos, the disabled, POWs and Muslims during his campaign.

Trump again dismissed his remarks about women as "locker-room talk."

Today is the last day to say goodbye to two of Manitoba's most beloved polar bears.

The last zookeeper presentation with Hudson and Humphrey at Winnipeg's Assiniboine Park Zoo is this afternoon.

The siblings are moving back this week to Toronto, which is where they were born.

While in Winnipeg, the polar bears learned how to cohabitate with bears from the wild.
