An equipment failure on one of Dauphin's power lines is the culprit that caused an outage overnight, according to Manitoba Hydro.
A Manitoba Hydro spokesperson says the City of Dauphin experienced an outage at 3 this morning and service was restored at 4:15.
About 640 customers were affected.
