As the cold temperatures quickly approach, residents will want to be extra cautious about their health.
Tomorrow at the Dauphin Marketplace Mall, the Seventh Day Adventist Church will be hosting a free Health Age Assessment for anyone who's interested.
Facilitator, Leanne Williamson says the assessment will involve a questionnaire.
"People will fill out a questionnaire regarding health related life-style choices, and we'll have a special scale that measures hydration and body mass index, and then they'll go onto blood pressure and they'll have their blood pressure taken... all that information will be fed into a computer program."
Williamson also stressed the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices and the power that people have in dictating how one's health ends up.
