Dauphin's hospital has a fancy new x-ray suite.
Prairie Mountain Health unveiled the new x-ray suite at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre on August 19th.
Diagnostic enhancements include a new Digital Radiography Unit.
PMH says the old equipment was nearing the end of its usefulness, and the new one offers significantly improved image quality while reducing the radiation dose to patients.
The total cost of the new equipment and renovations was about $500,000.
