In an effort to introduce Brandon University to the community of Dauphin, a free BBQ is being held.
Coordinator of the Outreach Program in Dauphin for Brandon University, Barry Nadolny says it's going to be an informal BBQ where people can meet each other and learn about the courses that are being offered.
"Also an opportunity for alumni to mingle with some of these students who are just going to begin their program here in Dauphin. There will be representatives from Brandon University here as well as the City."
The BBQ is being held this Thursday at CN park at 11:45am or 12:15pm until about 1pm.
