A Winnipeg man has died in a rollover on Highway 1.
The single vehicle crash happened east of Winnipeg, near Richer, early this morning.
Police say a 23-year-old passenger, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol and speed appear to be contributing factors, according to RCMP.
