The Friendship Centre will once again play host to Dauphin's Coldest Night of the Year walk.

The event, which takes place tomorrow, raises funds for local charities that serve people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.

Registration begins at 4 pm Saturday, with the walk starting at 5, and a light meal being served upon its completion.

A total of 10 teams are registered to take part so far, with participants having the choice of walking either the 2 or 5-km routes, both of which begin and end at the Friendship Centre.

Organizers have set a fundraising goal of thirty-five thousand dollars for this year's walk in Dauphin.
