Medi-System has taken over the contract for the province and from some local pharmacies.

CEO for PMH, Penny Gilson stated, the greatest benefit will be the standardization and consistency of processes and services in Personal care Homes across the province and if possible, achieve overall cost savings for personal care home pharmacy services.

This change will take effect as of April 1.
