On the morning of March 3rd, RCMP executed two search warrants at different residences in the Peguis First Nation.

 

Upon entry, police located and seized more than 1 kg of cocaine, 233 grams of marijuana, 7 firearms, and a significant amount of cash from the two residences.

 

Two males, both twenty years of age, and three women, twenty one, twenty seven and thirty years of age, face charges of under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.

 

They have been released, and are scheduled to appear in court on May 1, 2017 in Peguis, Manitoba.
