RCMP sent out a social media post yesterday asking for help in locating a suspect in an alleged assault and abduction from a cabin near Carberry early Saturday morning.
RCMP now say with the assistance of social media the 31-year-old woman has been safely located.
Charges are pending against a 28-year-old man from Long Plain First Nation, who is in custody.
