The grant they received was from Manitoba Commnity Services Council where they will use it to go towards the purchase of their new groomer.

 

Alice Sahulka, grant coordinator of the Dauphin and distric snowmobile club says it feels awesome to receive this grant

 

 "Any donations or any sponsorship's the club gets is very appreciative and it really helps everybody in the Parkland area because it also boosts tourism and economic development."

Sahulka says for those who don't know what a groomer is, it's a machine that grooms their snow mobile trails.
