Around 6:40pm on Sunday, officers say a Utility Terrain Vehicle was found on its side at the 90W and 170N intersection in the RM of Lakeshore.
The driver and lone occupant, a 37 year old man from Waterhen, was found critically injured and later died in hospital.
RCMP say no other vehicles were involved, and alcohol has been ruled out as a contributing factor.
