Kelleher Ford Dauphin is looking for the right individual to join our Team, as Collision Center Admin Assistant.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and who is exceptionally organized to assist with the day to day operations of our Collision Center. The successful applicant must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment while dealing with customers and deadlines, have previous admin experience, and have a basic understanding of accounting and inventory process. Automotive/Collision experience is not required but would be considered an asset.
- Opening work orders
- Tracking parts purchases and returns
- Submitting claims to 3rd parties
- Follow guidelines and process for submitting claims
- Answer phones
- Book appointments
