Let’s bring you up to speed on the Kings situation right now…
Dauphin comes into tonight eighth in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League with 33 points, they’re seven points clear of the OCN Blizzard (26) and five back of the Selkirk Steelers (38).
The big problem for the the Kings remains the ‘games in hand’ factor. Although teams are catching up to the Kings in that stat, Dauphin has still played at least a couple more contests then the other clubs around them. Including the ones they’re fighting with for playoff positioning. The Kings have played 38 games so far.
