Pre-Register for the Empowered Eating workshop in Swan River

A free “Empowered Eating” workshop will be offered in Swan River on Tuesday October 22nd and 29th, and also in November each Thursday on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.
This is your opportunity to develop a healthier relationship with food.
