Registration deadline for the Erickson Cooking Class Fundraiser

There will be a Lefse (Leff-saw) Cooking Class being offered at the Erickson School on Wednesday March 20th, from 5:30 to 7:30. Its only $10 to participate. Come learn how to make this Norwegian treat. You must register by March 15th, by calling 204-636-2431.
