Big Moose Open cancelled

The Big Moose Open that was set for Saturday, July 15 at the Dauphin Lake Golf Resort has been cancelled this year.

"We only had four entries to date," said Ray Karlson, General Manager at the Dauphin Lake Golf Resort. "We couldn't compete with the celebrity golf tournament going on at Gilbert Plains, so we're just going to cancel it for this year and go on with our next tournament."

The next tournament at the Dauphin Lake Golf Resort is set for this Sunday, July 16 and it's called the 31st Annual Sander Cup.
