The Dauphin Fire Department have released their 2017 1st Quarter Report.
The report highlights a number of analytics including city-rural response times and registered members.
According to Dauphin Fire Chief Cam Abrey, there's been a recent spike in false alarms.
"Our trends seem to just come in waves, and it was a number of years ago where we had an extraordinary amount of false alarms [...] it cost the city of Dauphin actually to enact a by law regarding false alarms because it does cost a bit to activate the fire department, what it seems to be a lot of them recently is construction dust."
