MUSIC NEWS: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2017

MUSIC NEWS: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2017 RANDY TRAVIS - DUI FOOTAGE Randy Travis' team is still hoping to stop the release of dash-cam footage from Travis' D-U-I arrest in 2012, even though a judge paved the way for its release as soon as today. Travis' team has started a petition at Change-dot-org to keep the footage private. A federal judge denied Travis' request to stop the Texas Department of Safety from releasing the footage, which shows Travis naked and ranting. Travis' family had argued because his speech is impaired from a stroke suffered in 2013, he can't comment on or defend his actions. The judge said the case did not show a substantial likelihood of succeeding. The Texas attorney general agreed to redact portions of the footage because Travis is naked. Travis' attorney has filed motions to get the ordered stayed while he appeals. --- AD-ROCK - SEXUAL MISCONDUCT -…
