The store, that first opened in 2008 takes a unique approach when it comes to making the costumes.
As costume designer Joyce explains, it's not always just starting from scratch.
"We like to find clothing, especially vintage clothing, really cool and unique items, and turn those into costumes."
And with the recent trend of scary clowns making its way into Dauphin, Joyce isn't shying away from making costumes.
"People can get into the clown costume and be funny or be hilarious, but the whole using the clown as a way of scaring people or hiding yourself so you can be something that is scary, I think that that's awful."
The Pop-Up Shop is located on Main Street in downtown Dauphin.
