The society received the Award of Excellence at the Association of Museums annual AGM and banquet held last Friday for the long-term renovation and restoration of the Winnipegosis Museum and the installation of new displays.

 

President Pauline Riley and curators Jo Bunka and Loretta Dyck received the award on behalf of the WHS Board of Directors.

 

The Winnipegosis Museum re-opened in July of this year.
